An easy-to-follow aerobics program was created just for seniors. The “MOVE ” class is designed to build strength and endurance. You may modify this class to meet your personal fitness needs.
Vera is a highly motivated veteran senior-fitness volunteer helping those 50 – 90+ years young. She cannot wait for you to join her!
