Friendship Quilters
Bring your sewing machine and thread to help us make quilts for at-risk children. A new pattern and cut fabric is available at each meeting. All you need to do is sew. Guidance is given to students working in watercolor, acrylic, mixed media and pastel. Is your activity/service a donation activity/service? - No $5 per class on a drop-in basis (except the last Thursday of each month, which is free) Supplies are provided for those who do not have their own supplies. Depending on the art medium chosen, class members may wish to bring some or all of their own supplies.

The Happy Hookers volunteer hundreds of hours every year to make caps and lap blankets for various organizations throughout the region. New Members & Yarn Donations are welcome! No need to bring supplies, but yarn donations are encouraged. Happy Hookers create projects and then donate them. Donations are made to churches, Life Services, Loma Linda Veterans Hospital and the Military. The club often makes afghans, scarves, and hats for churches and the Military, and makes baby blankets, hats and booties…
