MOVE Class (Aerobics )

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until April 28, 2021
An easy-to-follow aerobics program created just for seniors. The “MOVE” class is designed to build strength and endurance. You may modify this class to meet your personal fitness needs.
Vera is a highly-motivated veteran senior-fitness volunteer helping those 50 – 90+ years young. She cannot wait for you to join her to “MOVE”!
