An easy-to-follow aerobics program created just for seniors. The “MOVE” class is designed to build strength and endurance. All exercises can be modified for any fitness level.
Vera is a highly-skilled, veteran, a senior-fitness instructor with exercisers from 60 – 90+ years young. She can’t wait for you to join her and “MOVE”!
