An easy-to-follow aerobics program created just for seniors. The “ALIVE FITNESS” class is designed to build strength and endurance. You may modify this class to meet your personal fitness needs.
Vera is a highly-motivated veteran senior-fitness volunteer helping those 50 – 90+ years young. She cannot wait for you to join her!
