Yoga w/ Jennifer

This is a gentle flowing yoga class that work on building balance and strength while emphasizing breathing and relaxation. Class is open to all levels: beginner, intermediate, and expert. Participants must be able to get up/down off the floor unassisted. Chairs can be used for extra support if needed. Students are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats.
This a FREE class provided by RCC in Spring, Summer, & Fall sessions. RCC Registration is required and forms can be picked up / returned at the JGF Welcome Desk for your convenience.
Please Note: This yoga class will continue even when RCC is not in session (December & January) but will transition to a donation-based class (meaning donations are appreciated but not required).
