Move towards better health & fitness while having some fun and making new friends. This group is free to join and no registration is required. We encourage participants to wear comfortable walking shoes and light clothing.
Our goal this year is to walk 100 miles . . . One step at a time!
In addition to the weekly walking club, we are planning several “field trips” throughout the year to help us reach this goal.
- 100% of group members met or exceeded the 100 mile goal
- Sharon B. walked over 900 miles and completed her 1st half marathon at age 75
- The Naveroskis reached 100 miles while using their walkers
- Several group members are on track to walk over 1,000 miles this year
