Intermediate Line Dance

Get up and move with this great mind & body workout! Learn the most popular line dances (Electric Slide, Cha Cha Slide, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, & More). Line Dancing is a unique way to exercise that disguises the whole experience as “just having fun”. Don’t worry, we’re not strictly focused on Country Western dances/music, we touch on a little bit of everything.
Be Advised – Attendees often think they are just dropping in for a class or two but later find they can’t stop moving their dancing feet!
Studies have found that dancing provides social and cognitive benefits in addition to physical benefits. The New England Journal of Medicine found that dancing can reduce the risks of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Other benefits include improved balance, coordination, and improved self-confidence.
