This is an easy/beginner class for seniors. Come learn & practice fundamental Pilates exercises to help improve core strength, balance, joint mobility, posture & mental awareness.
This workout is suitable for people who have difficulty getting down to the floor or those who prefer the support of a chair. No mat work, no equipment needed.
