Fit Fresh & Fun at 50+ assists older adults in developing and maintaining healthy, active lifestyles that will lower your risk of developing obesity, obesity-related diseases, and other chronic health conditions. This project is designed to provide older adults with all the resources and tools necessary to make lasting lifestyle changes, so you can remain healthy and Fit Fresh & Fun as long as possible.
