Fit Fresh & Fun at 50+ assists older adults in developing and maintaining healthy, active lifestyles that will lower your risk of developing obesity, obesity-related diseases, and other chronic health conditions. This project is designed to provide older adults with all the resources and tools necessary to make lasting lifestyle changes, so you can remain healthy and Fit Fresh & Fun as long as possible.

Members of this comprehensive health and wellness program have committed to participating in the following activities on a regular basis:

Healthy Eating

Educational Nutrition Programs like Great Starts at Goeske

Active Living

Weekly Exercise Classes like the Trailblazers Walking Club


Free Health Screenings & Info at the Fifty & Better Health Fair

Monthly Group Meetings

Support for members, group “field trips”, and health tips/tricks
